Late/ No Show Policy

Late

We respect your time and work hard to see our patients on time. If a patient arrives late, it may inconvenience many patients who are scheduled late in the day.

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No Show 

If you have 3 no-show appointments, your care with our practice may be terminated.  When you book an appointment and then no-show, the time that was allocated for you to see your provider is not available to other patients who made need an appointment. 

We ask that you please call at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit if you are no longer able to make it.  For same day appointments, please call at least 1 hour before.
